Hasan Başer – Chairman of the Board
He was born in Darende/Malatya in 1952. He graduated from Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences of Adana, Department of Business Administration. After holding the posts of Marketing Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager, Member of the Board of Directors at Başer Group of Companies between 1980-2004, he has been working in our Company as Chairman of the Board since 2004.
Murat Başer – Vice Chairman of the Board
He was born in Adana in 1980. He is a graduate of The George Washington University, Department of Finance and Information Technologies. After holding post as auditor at the independent audit company Ernst and Young for a certain period of time, he joined our company as Marketing Manager in year 2006. Since 2008, he has been working as Deputy General Manager Responsible for Financial Affairs and Operation. At the same time, he was elected Vice Chairman of the Board in 2010.
Emine Bingül – General Manager
She was born in Duisburg / Germany in 1973. She is a graduate of Anadolu University Faculty of Economy. She had her master’s degree in Business Administration at Okan University. After working as Supervisor at Pamukbank, Marketing Manager at Destek Faktoring, she joined our company in 1998 as Marketing Manager. Since 2007, she took on the role of Deputy General Manager Responsible for Marketing and Loans. She has been continuing her role as General Manager since 1 August 2013.
