AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

• Articles 2, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 24, 26, 28, 29, 31, 33 and 37 of the Articles of Association entitled Board of Directors were amended through the Articles of Association amendment published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 1 April 2013 and numbered 8290.
• Article 11 entitled Board of Directors was amended through the Articles of Association amendment published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 23 August 2010 and numbered 7634.
• Articles 3, 4, 8, 9, 14, 25 and 32 were amended through the Articles of Association amendment published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 1 October 2007 and numbered 6906.
• Articles 3, 4, 8, 9, 14, 25 and 32 were amended through the Articles of Association amendment published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 1 October 2007 and numbered 6906.
• Article 6 entitled Capital was amended through the Articles of Association amendment published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 24 May 2007 and numbered 6815.
• Article 6 entitled Capital, and Article 11 entitled Board of Directors were amended through the Articles of Association amendment published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 16 June 2005 and numbered 6326.
• Through amendment of Article 6 of the Articles of Association published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 13 September 2002 and numbered 5634, the capital was increased to 4 trillion Liras.
• Through amendment of Article 6 of the Articles of Association published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 14 June 2001 and numbered 5317, the capital was increased from 1 trillion to 2 trillion liras.
• Through amendment of Article 6 of the Articles of Association published in the Trade Registry Gazette dated 1 May 2000 and numbered 5035, the capital was increased from 400 billion liras to 1 trillion liras.
• Through amendment of Article 6 of the Articles of Association published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 27 March 1997 and numbered 4258, the capital was increased from 75 billion liras to 400 billion liras.
• Through amendment of Article 11 of the Articles of Association published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 13 November 1996 and numbered 4165, the number of members of the Board of Directors was determined between 5 – 7.
