The Company may make donations and grants to educational institutions, associations, foundations, public institutions and enterprises having social, cultural, education and similar purposes, based on the approval of the Board of Directors, in compliance with the provisions of Turkish Commercial Code, requirements of Regulatory and Supervisory Authorities, Capital Markets Board and the provisions of the applicable law and legislation. In determining the method and amount of the donation and in choosing the institution, enterprise or non-governmental organisation to which such donation will be made, compliance with the company’s corporate social responsibility policies will be sought. Apart from these, donations and grants may also be made to foundations, associations and similar organisations that have been set up with an aim to operate in fields connected with the company’s field of operation.
The donations made are submitted to the information of the shareholders at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the relevant year.
